i thought they were meant to be nice people that care and want to help people but my partners wife who they have split up is going to church and still causing him hell he is working two jobs to pay for her to live in his old house and paying her debts final court hearing soon wish us luck

her mum was married six times my partner has a heart of gold i was with him when i was 14 and met up agen 3 years ago when he was split up there is no way any one deserves that.

I don't know what a Cristian is, but the people that go to church are normally known as Christians. Maybe your partners soon to be ex wife deserves the money and the house. I don't know what happened in the relationship, so I have no comment on the subject.

We become Christians through Baptism. We show we are Christians by the way we live. Hopefully going to Church is helping the individuals not to be worse than they are. We go to church because we recognize the fact that we are sinners and need all the help from God that we can get. Let us pray for them.

John, A True Christian is certainly more than some one who believes Christ is the Messiah. They must read, study, and obey GOD's New TEstament scriptures. To become a real Christian, we are told that we must HEAR the WORD in John 6:45, Jesus said, “It is written in the prophets, And they shall all be taught by God. Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.” We are also told so in Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. We are told the we must BELIEVE in Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. We are also told so in Mark 16:16, Jesus said “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.” and in John 5:24 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. We are told that we must REPENT (or turn from sin) in Luke 13:3 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish. Also in Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent. We are told to CONFESS CHRIST in Romans 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. It sounds to me like your reiend was not married to a true Christian. The ones that I am associated with do not believe in divorce without infidelity of their partner being involved and even then it is difficult for them to do so. I am sorry for your friend.
