I'm not sure if you read my other posting I sent you on what he should prepare for when he meets your father.
He needs to prepare a complete financial portfolio of himself, and an outline of what he plans to do financially and in his career. This is the typical request of most families. I asked a couple I know from Malaysia, and they agreed that their families did that. I had to do it when I proposed to my wife. It is not an easy thing to do, but if he really wants to marry you, then it is something he should do to make your father accept him.
