How can I tell my mom that I am pregnant?

Im 16 and have a whole life ahead of me can you guys help me on how to tell my mom that I am pregnant??

There is no Easy, or sugar coated way to tell her. Just say " Mom can we talk please, " And then just come out with, Im pregnant.

'Mum I'm pregnant' it's as easy as that, I was worried about telling my mum but the way I saw it was, no matter how long you sit womdering the best way to break the news, it doesn't change the outcome, you are still going to pop a baby out in 9 months time whether she is happy about it or not, plus although she may be a little shocked/disapointed at first she will come round & be supportive I'm sure. The quicker you tell her the quicker you can get to the supportive bit! Be ready for lots of questions. What are u going to do? Where are u going to live? How are you going to finish school? Who is the father? What does the father think about all this? She might be mad, sad, dissapointed or all of the above at the same time. If she sounds nice when u first tell her, remember she's just shocked and these questions will come later.

I don't agree with the opinion of the other person that you should get an abortion. You should just tell her calmly that you something went kinda wrong and now you're pregnant. If she goes ballistic, it's practically predictable but she'll get over it anyway. Oh, and I hope the father of the child will take the responsibility of BEING a father. :(

Why are you having sex at 16? this is what happens when you do! did you not know that having sex causes pregnancy? you should NEVER have sex unless you are ready to be a pparent which u obviously arent! Carry your baby to term, no reason to become a murderer on top of being a bonehead, and give it up for adoption then keep your pants until you are ready to be a parent when your married!!!!

I think the best way to tell her is by writing her a letter. Go to a friends house and leave the number on the letter for her to call you when she has cooled off or had time to think. That way she will be prepared emotionally and mentally when she talks to you about this situation.

I always found that when I had something difficult to tell my mom when I was younger that writing her a little letter was a little easier for me, maybe you could leave it for her when you wont be around for a little while, so she has a bit of a cool down period?
