Bagels and either cream cheese (lots of fat calories and calcium) or peanut butter (fat and protein) between meals. Each "snack" has about five hundred calories. I gained about 20 pounds in a month!! Good luck!!
Of course, now I'm trying to LOSE those pounds, but after being underweight the first twenty-odd years of my life, it's a nice switch. hehehehe
Blessings

lots of carbs and lots of protein after workouts. If you weigh say 70kg you need 70g of protein daily. Whatever carbs you cant burn off will store as fat but protein will help build your muscle. Buy a protein drink and have 3 times daily especially after workout. That way your puttin on muscle not fat.
