depends on what you eat. you may nto be getting enough fibre to keep your nails healthy. Use a shampoo taht specalises for dry hair, and eat well, if it helps speak to your doctor and find n a nutitious to help find what you should be eatting to improev your hair, skin and nails

Afraid so...if youre in your twenties then you have a dietary need and it sounds as if its a calcium deficience
eat more dairy products and take calcium tablets and visit a dietician

You should go and see you doctor and get a blood test done just to check everything is ok.

You also need to have a healthy died, do you eat enough fruits and vegetables, drink water etc?
