I received an email from FREE LOTTO, asking all information about me ( I mean first name, last name, birthday, address ) and advising me that I am a winner, so I will receive a prize if I will play in free a game. But, they ask for $14 for free playing lotto, must to be paid by Visa or Master Card.
I would like to know why must I pay on free lottos? Is it a fraud, a scam? Thank for any info you can give me

Probably so. Where are they located, there is always supposed to be a main office. If it is in the Cayman Islands that is a dead giveaway. Go to Yahoo search and type in the company name and then fraud and it will let you know if there have been instances of that company trying to defraud people. I received a check for $3000 one time and didn't know where it came from. I looked up the company the check was written on and it was a company that made air exchange things for vehicles but the company that sent me the check was this lotto company. They said I had won this prize. I had never signed up for anything on their website. If something seems too good to be true, then it probably is.
Also Never give your personal info to people along with your credit card number. They could be trying to scam you and then will steal your identity and ruin your credit. If it is called "free lotto" then why do you have to pay $14 to play?

This is a scam I recently deposited a check only to find the branch will approve it but the head bank of your branch won't so you'll see the money alright only to find that 30 days later you owe your bank that amount they told me nigirians run these types of scams at my bank.

Common sense anyone who says that you've won money but have to give them money to get it is defrauding you. trust your common sense.
