i bought some new scales today , and according to them i have not lost a single pound, but weeks ago i had nearly lost a stone, i bought apair of jeans which i couldnt fit into , but i can now ? i have lost weight or are these scales wrong?

every pair of scales weight you differently, i get weighted in at a slimming class every week and find if we have a tempery consultant[ they all have there own scales] we can either weight lighter by a few pounds, or heavier, plus you weight different first thing in the morning to last thing at night,Try your scales first thing in the morning and then in a weeks time,

Could be or u myt have placed the scales on carpet instead of lino cos tht also makes a diff, go to boots and weigh urself there,

Either your scales are faulty or you have hit a plateau, weight something on it and if its not the right weight then take them back, good luck and well done on losing a stone.

the best type of scale is the elec ones, they never lie. make sure ur scales are set right and u are weighing urself on a solid even floor!!

I always weigh myself in my local Wilko - they show me up 1 stone lighter than my ones at home

if you put a bag of flour or sugar unopened of course you can check them or alternatively go to boots or tescos and use the weighing machine there to counter check

yes probley your scales take them back i always go to boots and weigh my self they are acurate take your new scales back ,
