the speed at which you digest food has nothing to do with gaining weight at all. It does not reduce the amount of energy that you are consuming. This is hard science, you can not magic away energy.

FACT - Your body stores excess energy as fat, so whatever you eat at meal time, that is not required there and then OR to top us your glycogen reserves in your liver WILL go to fat storage.

If your stomach processes food quickly, because it is more mushed up, high in sugar or just chewed alot, then because digestion was in a small time period more of that total energy will be in excess, SO MORE will be put to fat for storage.

If your stomach processes slowly by eat food that are more starch based, low glycemic index, then because digestion is over a longer period time, more energy is used during that period, LESS to fat for storage.

If you want to loose weight, stop taking any additives, andrews or any of that sh...t . Move you fridge up stairs or just walk for 30mins a day minimum, get some exercise.

There are no cheats in life, you could loose weight un-naturally now, then die young through ill health.

Chew the food several times and till reduced to a fine consistency while still in the mouth.Don't take water with the food. Drink the water about an hour after eating.Use bio chemical balancing in choosing the food items. For example, when eating a main dish which is highly alkaline in nature, balance it with salads and other ancilliary food of acidic nature and vice- versa. Oily food should be counter balanced with spicy and pungent additives and vice-versa also.

I'm like that too. When you have a bowl movement, you eliminate the previous meal, not the meal you just ate. So if you at breakfast and then had a bowl movement, you're breakfast pushed down last night's dinner. It takes 4-5 hours for the food to empty the stomach.

Oh dear. This is a very slippery slope indeed that you are on. Stop doing this to your body.

If you don't want to put weight on, then just eat sensibly and take regular exercise. It's the only way you can do it without ending up as a faddy yo yo dieter for the rest of your life or even bulimic/anorexic.

The longer you take to digest your food, the less your insulin levels will rise, and the less FAT you will gain.

Use a sensible diet of semi-raw to raw veggies and fruits mixed with high fibre cereal grains (wholemeal bread/pasta, brown rice, quinoa) add nuts to this diet also and a small amount of dairy foods.

You will be suprised at the results this will give you!
