We are producing chlorine. Do you know how to stop chlorine heavy chlorine leakage from pipe line ?

IF it is leaking now call your nearest fire department and tellt them what is happening. If you can, close the valves that will isolate the leak wihthout becoming exposed to the chlorine.
Stay above and up wind of the leak. Evacuate everyone in the vicinity and prevent more people from coming into the vicinity.
If it is not leaking now, plan what you will do if it ever does and look at your designe to minimize the amount of chlorine and also how to isolate any potential leak.
