The phrase "Nuclear man of India" has surprisingly not been in use for either Homi Baba or for Abdul Kalam.

This phrase was probably first used by Utkarsh Shah at a meeting of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He used it to talk about LK Advani in the following words

If the first deputy prime minister and home minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was the ''Iron Man of India'', the present incumbent of the ministry, L K Advani, is the ''Nuclear Man of India''
