im on a diet and am doing 70+sit ups aday,cardio for half hour and other bits and bobs that strech my muscles.i weighed 75kg i now down to 70.just under 11 stone.i started my diet 2 weeks ago.i start my morning by having a bannana and a glass of water,or a energy drink.for lunch if im out i have a salad no dressing and fresh prawns,for tea i have lettuce,one boiled egg,beetroot and carot,and a small jacket potato(no butter and i make sure potato is under 100g)the more i diet the better i feel and im so happy now.thing is ive lost some weight but my trousers and other clothes aint any looser,how come???what other exersises should i be doing,??? my legs are HUGE and so is my stomach and arms.any ideas????

increase your cardio. That is the fat burning part of the workout. Your crunches, lunges, push ups etc. are meant for building muscle. You are trying to get the fat off, right? Do more cardio. Also, ditch the potato......eat some carrots/celery/greens......no starches. i am assuming you are not going to a gym? you should consider going and having a personal trainer give you advice, that is what they are there for. keep it up, its a slow but healthy steady process, you can do it!!!!!!
