Refer your violation to someone who could interpret the law for you so that you can validly reply to the violation to protect your right and not to incriminate yourself.

When you ask questions about being reported people will often report you - just for the fun of it.
I suggest you don't ask any more.

Probably because it wasn't a real answer, or because all you said was "What?" and you didn't explain what you didn't understand about the question.

if u don't understand a question best thing to do is to add it to ur personal watchlist rather than rubbish answering.
