What does "secondaire luchsysteem" mean in Dutsch? It's the thing that is connected to my scooter exhaust, but I have no idea what that is.

You probably mean "secondaire luchtsysteem" (an extra t in there)? It means secondary or backup air system.

Secondair luchtsysteem (you forgot the 't') is the secondairy air system.
Lucht means air - the rest of the words should be familiar enough.
But I'm afraid this is a case of the blind leading the lame, because I know very little about scooter exhausts...

Correct spelling in Dutch is "Secundaire Luchtsysteem"-
It's an auxiliary system that only works at the starting phase, when the engine of yr scooter is still cold and helps the primary system to exhaust the gas .
