What will happen if india's population is increasing rapidly?

India's population would rank number one in the world if it passes China's population. However, many people in India will be in poverty and a very few will be rich due to the circumstances that a majority of poor people have more babies then rich people. As a result, their babies will starve to death hence die. Or their children that are approximately 8 will be sent to work for the family. Or they will arrange a marriage for the children that are 12, so they don't have to take care of her. Its a very sad thing.

Adequate population must be there to maintain consumption levels.. Only if consumption is maintained Production will have a purpose. Production means wages, which will lead to purchasing power.

Any thing that is not controlled is bad. Population can not be an exclusion. Govt and along with it all n.g.o and service organisation should take strenuous effort to keep population and AIDS under proper control.

ifthis phnomina continues the land which is limited for production of food materials wiil reduce due to convertion of lands in to habitat areas and thus face scarcity of food materials,lack of minimum infrasture fecilities,over crouding,health problemsetc. how ever there is possibility of brain drain to othercountries as the indians are more intelligent,hard working canprove their merit,sustain. hence taking all the mesures of family planning etc, the govt shoud take active steps to find out oppurtunities in other countries and send our people with billatereal agreements so that our people should not face any problems there.
