i am very forget .then i learn ofter some time i forget.plz help me.

repetition may help.

try to do this little exercise every day:
try to learn something by heart. it could be anything, just as long as you HAVE to learn something that you did not know before, so don't try to memorise something you already know.

for example, try to learn the names of the stars in the solar system one after each other. repeat them till you know them. make sure that before you sleep you know them. then see if the following day you still remember them.

if yes, pass on to something else, if no, don't give up, try it for another day!

There are volumes written on this topic and it would be impossible to summarise all the known facts. However theres one simple fact that does summarise the essence of what they all convey:

The Mind is like any tool or machine. The more you use it the better you become at using it. So simply put: the more you exersise your mind at concentrating, remembering and analysing the better it will become at this.

Also remove any distracting or obstructing thoughts. For this you must identify things that distract you and either remove them by active thought or by relaxation.

I have tried to simplify the matter. But im sure a lot of people will give you more detail. Hope this helps

Read more. Do exercise moderately. Practise yoga. Meditate daily. Take more vegetables and fruits. Sleep well in night. Laugh well.

read Bhagawat geeta daily. Try to understand the meaning correctly.
Do practice meditation daily twice .
eat only vegetarian food.

keep meditation daily, read some valuable books and then think ur past of life daily it will improve knowledge automically. Because all valuable thinksare in ur past of ur life

Read a book, start an artistic hobbie.

Also, suplements for health brain suport. I think vitamans b1b2 and b6.
