hi i currently have highish GGT & mcv levels in blood is there a wat to reduce these?

It is impossible to answer this without more information like why the levels are high? Is it from alcohol? Excess alcohol can certainly cause GGT to go high. MCV can sometimes indicate anaemia's at which point it wouldnt correct unless treated.

Need more info for accurate answer!

GGT can be an indicator of alcohol abuse, or obstructive liver disease (like gall stones). It generally means that your liver is upset in someway, so the only way to reduce it will be to find out why, and sort it out- your doctor should be advising you on this! If you have an increased MCV then it could mean that you have some kind of anaemia, or haemolytic disorder (where your red blood cells are being broken down, so your body works overtime to make more)... but again your doctor should be advising you on this. Go back and see him/her!
