Not to be mean or anything but you are far from ready to be breeding dogs. So much you need to learn before you even attempt to do this. You need to do your home work, get books are breeding Labradors, Talk to good Labrador breeder. Know the ends and outs of breeding just in case something should go wrong. There is a lot more to breeding than putting two dogs together. You shouldn't breed her until she is 2 years old. This will give you time to learn all you need to do before you do breed her.

Labradors, sporting group dogs by nature are medium to large breed animals. The larger the size of the animal, the later it's heat cycle would take place. There is also a possibility that your dog is having a "silent" heat season. Best way to find out is bring your dog to the vet and have her smear test to find out.

On the other hand, breeding is not for the newbie dog owner unless with the proper supervision of professional dog owners and breeder who can guide you in breeding your dog and whether your dog has the proper medical and physical attributes for breeding.

First of all, understand that labrador retrievers are SO overbred it is ridiculous. There is no need to breed if there are so many availabl.e
Secondly, you need to go to the Labrador Retriever Club of America's website and READ about all the health problems that are rampant in the breed right now. If you are dead set on doing a breeding, you should wait until your girl is over 2 years of age and do ALL the recommended health testing on both her and her mate before even considering doing a breeding. This includes OFA certification of hips, complete cardiac workup with echo, and all other health screenings.

Labs are a hip displacement breed - OFA does not take hip x-rays before 2 years so 7 months to go.I believe Labs need CERF clearance (eyes) too though that isn't age dependent
Besides NEVER breed a dog on the first heat.

Don't breed under ANY circumstances. Get her desexed immediately. If you want easy money from the puppies, forget it and just get a job instead. Pregnancy can seriously harm or even kill a bit ch!!! In any case there are far too many unwanted puppies in the world to justify any breeding whatsoever.

Medicine/supplements will not change genetics. She would pass her poor reproductive health along to her puppies.

Better to spay her.
