this is what the bible says
1 Corinthians, chapter 11,5: but any woman who prays or prophesies with her head unveiled dishonors her head -- it is the same as if her head were shaven.
1 Corinthians, chapter 11,6: For if a woman will not veil herself, then she should cut off her hair; but if it is disgraceful for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her wear a veil.
1 Corinthians, chapter 11,10: That is why a woman ought to have a veil on her head, because of the angels

remember the verse where angels married the daughters of man?

Genesis, chapter 6,4: The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown

In this section Paul's main concern is irreverence in worship. We need to read it in the context of the situation in Corinthians. The matter of wearing hats or head coverings, although seemingly insignificant, had become a big problem because two cultural backgrounds were colliding.Jewish women always covered their heads in worship. For a woman to uncover her head in public was a sign of loose morals. On the other hand,Greek women may have been used to worshiping without head coverings.
In this letter Paul had already spoken about divisions and disorder in the church. Both are involved in this issue.Paul's solution came from his desire for unity among church members and for appropriateness in the worship service. He accepted Gods sovereignty in creating the rules for relationships.Paul told the women who were not wearing head coverings to wear them, not because it was a scriptural command, but because it kept the congregation from dividing over a petty issue that served only to take people's minds off Christ.
As for the Nephilim, they are the fallen angels who left Heaven to serve Satan.Satan wanted to ruin the human gene pool with fallen angels genes. In this way Jesus the Messiah would not be born into the world because there wouldn't be any uncontaminated humans left.Noah and his family were the only ones that had not been contaminated, whose human genes were still 100% human. When God flooded the earth he killed all of the Nephilim and saved Noah and his family to save humanity from extinction. The children born to humans and fallen angels became demons upon dying as they were not allowed into Heaven and so were sent to Hell instead where they serve their master. After the flood God inprisoned the fallen angels in the deepest pits of hell so they are unable to ever mate with humans again.I wonder how cloning will enter into this? But this is my explination to your question,I hope it helped.

The head covering is worn to show faithful angels that we honor the headship arrangement and are not trying to run ahead of God's directions. It is only necessary for a Jehovah's Witness to do this if she is taking the lead in teaching or praying where men are present for some specific reason (such as the only man there is deaf and dumb).
The angels that are referred to in Genesis 6:4 were disobedient angels (now referred to as demons) and we need not do anything to show them our obedience because they are already marked for destruction.

In the Bible, there is a section on what a man should do if his wife maybe cheated on him, but he has no proof. It says he should bring her to the temple, and do this ritual, and G-d will show if she did it. Part of the ritual is, "The priest will uncover her hair." Jews learn from this that a married woman's hair must be covered.

Mishnah Berurah, the Chofetz Chaim's commentary to Shulchan Aruch, Orach Chaim, in the section on Krias SHema says that even unmarried girls who had sex with a boy have to cover their hair. Today we don't follow his opinion because it would be advertizing a sin and embarrassing to the girl. I know I would have been embarrassed to have had to come out of my pup tent with my hair covered in front of my parents when I lost my virginity. It would have made teshuvah (repentance) impossible. I'd have been so mortified everyone knew, that I would have stopped being religious all together.

The Torah does not give a reason fo rthe command. In the Torah there are two kinds of commandments: Chokim and Mishpatim. Chokim have no logical reason, Mishpatim do. This one is a Chok.

There are no angels in Genesis 6:4.
These were the wicked of the earth destroyed in the Great Flood. (see the next verse)
And the reason some women MIGHT cover their heads is modesty.

Shaved head, veiled - I was taught, these are metaphors; for a woman OR a man to pray without humilty, is like the arrogance of the rebellious angels.
