I work behind the bar so yes i flirt at work. I have a boyfriend so i just call it friendly flirting, its part of me i've always been like it.I dont think theres nothin wrong with flirting. I do it in a harmless way aswell so the other people know im doing it as a friendly person and not cuz i want a relationship with them

No. Your workplace is your second home. Flirting at work invites trouble and conflicts from various sources, some are unexpected and unthinkable especially if you or the one you are flirting with is already in a relationship.

Before I started out my own business and worked for someone else I thought it was my obligation to give them an honest day's work for an honest day's pay - besides I was married and believe that flirting when married leads to adultery. Don't you?

its up to you weather you choose to flirt everyone does its human nature but if the flirting is getting in the way of the job then its not good cause then one or possibly both of you are looking at getting the sack.

Flirting is harmless, it is fun and helps boost your confidence. I think everyone has done it before and would prob do it again.........why not it is innocent. You are not sleeping with them. Enjoy.
