Absolutely nothing. If called on, I would stay in Iraq or Afghanistan for my entire military career. I'd probably end up homesteading. Granted, there are terrible, terrible things on has to deal with (the corruption and incompetence of the majority of the Iraqi Army and Police, same goes for American military leadership, and many, many other problems besides) but that's gratis.

Kuwait by the way isn't exactly a great hardship tour. For the record.

Just my migraines, but when I raised my hand, I knew I may be going somehwere were the heat may be unbearable, I spent many days working with a migraine in the army, as I got one every two days when it was that time of the month. My recruiter told me not to tell anyone if I wanted to join and I wanted to join, so I knew what I was going to put myself thru, otherwise, there was nothing I found that I would stop me from serving my country.

I did not see anything there that made me regret my service.

My only regret is knowing that the things I risked my life to do are going to be flushed down the toilet by the anti-war crowd.

As far as I am concerned, the American people have let me down.

Nothing that I have seen or have been through would have stopped me.
