WHat happens to a child at this age can affect him for the rest of his life.
If he gets a good education, learns his basic things, learns that he can trust adults, and is well cared for then his future looks like he will have a fair shot at life.
If the child is ignored, neglected, treated badly or abused, then this too, can affect him for the rest of his life. Children who do not have their basic needs met have many more problems and more likely to have run ins with the law, etc.
A good start is essential to helping a child become a successful, contributing member of society.

For the reason that early childhood is the foundation of children's development where learning start and at this stage retentive memory takes place. Cognitive value is also remarkable. Learnings at childhood level remain imprinted in children's conscious and it becomes their personality.
