Most of the time it is because they can be, there is no way to challenge them as they have a badge, a gun, and a right. .

1. Why do you have enough run-ins with these cops to make this judgment call?
2. What is YOUR attitude like when you have these run-ins?
3. I'm guessing that, since you hate white cops so much, your attitude is probably shining through... and the treatment you receive is simply mirroring your own attitude.
