I would think you have to cleanse before so that when your pores open the dirt and make-up that's already on your face doesn't clog them. I would also suggest that you cleanse after as well and finish with moisturizer

When I steam my pudding there is no need to cleanse as this will be done with the steam

I always cleanse before and after. Don,t know why has always been the way. But if you don,t want to do it before I wouldn,t but I would always do it after

dont steam your face just use a scrub and then clean...i dont know,thats the way i do!!

clean prior !!!! then after you have steamed and your pours have opened up releasing more grim ,clean again !!
