Russian, you are talking as if you are the most intelligent person on earth and you are of pretentious character and attitude. You are c ommenting on something which you could not understand or refuse to undersstand. In your way of asking question and commenting on something which you do not know, I could precisely tell you that, you are bragging too much of your very little knowledge about something. As if you know everything about science but in fact and in truth sorrounding the little knowledge you have gained, you are just nothing about science and religion.
As Christians, we have also undergone studies on science durting our school days and we believ e the works of science, coupled with our studies on the words of God in the Bible. Be reminded that it is not only you who have gone to school and here we believe in science but still we believe God and religion.
As we believe. God is a living spirit, a living God which exist long before we were created by him.He is always watching us , on what we are doing whether bad or good. We feel in our hearts that he is backing up when he need him and he always answer our call to him on our needs. We know when he is with us because we can feel his presence watching us.
The bible is a book of many books written by our prophets(many of them) which is our basis to believe God and believe his teachings as it was written on the bible. The bible could not be use to backup us from any undertakings but serve us as our guide for good deads.God could not write because he is a living spirit who is powerful than anybody else and he is the mightiest. He have dictated what was written on the bible (to do this and to do that) and many others.
What in the world that you are questioniong our faith in God. will you be of gain to question us Christians. You can not really see our God, so with us we can not see him either but he is behind us helping us of everything
What we do not believe in what you call it as science is the evolution of men which came f rom the doctrine of Darwin. It has not been proven that we came from apes and monkeys. It is an imaginary matter.

Your question made me laugh.
Science HAS no "proof." There is some evidence, sure, but the fact remains that both Christians AND atheists have the exact same evidence to back up their beliefs. The problem is they have a different mindset when examining the evidence.
I KNOW who wrote the Bible and when. If you knew, you would not claim that some hobo wrote it. We have over 24,000 fragments of fragments dating back over the last two thousand years. By the way, if you make the claim that some "hobo" wrote the Bible, then who wrote "The Odyssey" and "The Iliad"? There are fewer fragments of those two works than there are of the Bible. Not only that, but there's a five hundred year gap between when they were written, and the oldest existing copy. There are less than a hundred years between the oldest available copy of the Bible and when it was written. How is THAT for a fact?
My God is right where He's always been. And many scientists would agree with me.

I challenge you to enlighten us about these so-called "experiments" that "prove" there is no God. I would really like to know.

Writer,
"Christians and God believing people, where is your god to back you up? Where is he when you need him?"
Luk 11:29 And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.
"So... what in the world, other than blind faith"
Jhn 20:29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
"The bible isn't backing you up, b/c you don't know if there is a real god who really wrote it, do you?"
2Ti 4:16-17 All Scripture is God-Breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Man did write the Scriptures, but under the inspiration of God.
You seem to believe that if something cannot be scientifically proven, we cannot trust it. My question to you is: can you cientifically prove that we should not believe something, unless it is scienticially proven? I seriously doubt it, but if you can - I'd love to see it.
What about historical proof? Do you believe that Julius Caesar ever existed? While I do not have the materials to do the research, and I admit that right off. I believe that if you put any serious effort into it, you can find even more or atleast a substantial amount of historical proof, that Christ rose from the dead.
Thank you, Signed,
Jerrad (Spark) Johnson.

I won't get into my opinion on the facts you have to back you up, that would take much too long. I believe in God because I have seen Him work in ways that cannot be proven by science, I have seen lives change, completely, 180, for Him. What do you mean where is he when I need him? He is always with me. And by the way everything in the Bible is in accordance with historical facts. It might be easier to think of the Bible simply as a history book.
Faith--do you not use faith in believing scientific facts? You didn't perform those experiments, how do you know what they tell you is true? Question everything.
Another thought--God shouldn't have to prove himself. He's God!

There is no proof of science, facts, and experiments that can prove there is no God. That statement is false and if you believe otherwise, you are the one guilty of blind faith in something you do not understand completely.

If you are entirely living for the physical body then I have no comments.
I also depend on the back up of science. Science is not only for you, same way as the God is not only for me. I know for sure and you too, that God is for our souls.
And that is the back up of all the back ups.

Hello.
You're right. I don't have God here to back me up.
But I just can't help myself - the whole thing (God, Jesus of Nazareth, all the stars of the universe strewn across the heavens, butterflies, people and sloths...) is just really amazing! Who else can I thank for all of this?
People would think me more crazy if I thanked Mr. Jones next door.

Your point is well taken. However, science bears the same burden that God does. If your faith is completely in science, it is faith just as much as faith in God is. Science (like God) is self-substantiated. Without itself, it would not exist. Science uses its own principles to propel itself. If one of those principles is shown to be mistaken, everything which is built upon that principle will come into question. I appreciate your desire to encourage Christians (and all theists) to consider their faiths seriously, but I would ask that you do the same.

He's standing next to your bed watching you sleep at night. He's making sure no harm comes your faithless way by protecting you and yours. Where ever you go and what ever you do, you will never escape him. You can't hide from God. Yes, you can deny Him until you're blue in the face but you'll always have that sliver that presses against your heart. What if I'm wrong, what if he is real?" He is real, wise up.

Appropriate question. I've heard people talk of god my whole life, he's there when good happens, he's got a plan when something bad happens. Yet nothing really ever comes of it but the situation. No hand of god working behind the scenes to make your life better.
Even as a Buddhist I understand the reality of my "god", if you will. But I can experience my god directly. The universe unfolds before me.
