A stun gun is legal and can be purchased and possessed by anyone 18 yrs old or older. A stun weapon or taser can only be possessed by someone who holds an Indiana handgun license. No, you cannot use a stun gun to kill a dog.

a man just died this week from injuries sustained in a "tasing" by officers of the San Antonio Police Department.
i'd say that they can probably kill dogs if they can kill humans!!
