Why you would want to dwell in the absence of God's love I do not understand. God's love in its true form is transformative of human nature so while it may seem like people are not cut out for heaven that doesn't mean they can't progress along the path of salvation with God's grace. Hell is not a pleasant place, I wouldn't want to go there, neither should you.
