He likes you.. He likes what he sees in the picture. So he compliments what he sees in the picture..

a million. I prefer that if a guy likes me, that he does no longer waste his time watching me devoid of a minimum of smiling or saying hi to me. 2. If a guy is familiar with that i like him and he would not like me back, to no longer stare at me or tutor any signs and symptoms of interest. It only leads the undesirable woman on.

if he likes you he would say it why not? the hardest part is not knowing and he knows you like him so maybe he was trying to be nice and give you a compliment.

it all depends really. it culd mean that he also likes you or because he knows u like him he wants to string you along for an ego boost. by making you think that he liks you back he knows that there is deffinately someone around to make him feel good. like i said it depends but there could be many reasons hun
