the reason she started saying the stuff was because her bf just dumped her and she's depressed... he rejected her years before and they were cool up until this week and when he gets home tonight he's gonna call her and end the friendship because he says noone can replace me

If he is with you then he want to be with you not her! Tell him he don't have to end this friendship for you but if he is not conferable with her now then maybe it is for the best. He must be happy with you and if this ,Emily, can't see that then she might not be a true friend anyway. Let him do what he thinks is right because that is what will make him happy. good luck girl
P.S. you are very pretty. just wanted to tell you that to later

If you are calling him your boyfriend, it seems you are already involved with him.
If he isn't happy with her to begin with, then he will make the choice to date you if that's what he wants.
However, keep in mind that anyone ending a long relationship will need time to get over it and begin a life with someone else. There has to be a significant change in the new relationship, in order to be stable, or he'll end up feeling the same with you as he did with her.
Good luck & take care.

Obviously he's not interested in her but why would he or you want to risk it! I mean has she felt this way for a while? How long have you two been together? I think by her telling him how she feels now that he is in a relationship with you is very disrespectful to you and the fact that he saw it and didn't allow it makes him a smart man!

It's HIS decision! What would you need to step in for? He realizes that she had alterior motives and he doesnt choose for that to be a condition of his friendship. Sounds like he knows where to draw the lines. She definitely crossed the friendship line. Let him deal with her.

She feels hurt to see a good guy friend be with you....its like a guy having a crush on a long time female friend who has a new boyfriend....talk to your boyfriend and convince him to keep his friendship with his friend....

on this one i want you to think in terms of, "what is best for me". if getting involved dosent make you feel better or gain something than do not do this. a friendship ending is nothing new its okay.

huh? You are defending this girl? You are his gf.. he has given you his heart, all he gave her is his time. You should be honored and impressed that he was offended by this girl. Sounds like you got a keeper. Hold on tight and kick that girl outta the picture.

You are better off staying out of it. Obviously he loves you enough to dump the other woman.

babe, she's not a friend if she can't realize i'm happy with you... she's been a real ****** and i don't appreciate her talking shi.t on you. you're with me and she can't stand that i never dated her... she's on the rebound and miserable and wants everyone else to be as well.. including me even though i'm top of the world with you.
stop worrying about my stuff... i have everything under control.
