I would go back to my Buddhist beliefs and point out that the escape from suffering begins with rejection of objectivity in reality, the notion of the universal soul and the acceptance of the nothingness of reality, which is a construction. Meditation helps you find a higher nature. Certain Zen ideas compliment Mahayana Buddhism. You should just accept the world as it is and really see what people are doing, the way Monet looked at the natural scenery while painting. You must see through the construction.

There is the cycle of creation and destruction. It's an old Confucian belief. In certain religions, they believe in an eternal struggle between good and evil. I actually believe that, but it's beyond us. Life is not evil, it is a test. To escape the cycle, we must achieve nirvana and then samsara will disappear.

Every thing is based on our thoughts only. If you think that your existence here is hell, you are free to think like that. Somebody feels that all this is joy. He always feel joyful. It is the attitude that counts. Living in an air-conditioned room, a business executive may be worrying like a hell, whereas a man after hard day toil, rest under the shade of a tree, feels that he enjoys his sleep relaxing. It is definitely the attitude. Henceforth have a positive attitude and think always the positive side of life. nagarajan.

No. This isn't Hell. It's earth. And we were separated from knowledge when we were separated from God. So it's been so long that we don't know which way to go . . . UNLESS. . . someone who knows the way can tell you the way.

God uses people to get that message out. It's His spirit that directs us to say what it is.

So this is Earth, not Hell. Hell is a place where nowhere else is. Earth has lots of places. We can even see other places that we cannot go to. So it's not Hell.

Most definitely. No body is really taking care of this world,it's atmosphere is deteriorating from our source of transportation and it's need for bigger plants when in fact we could be driving more gas efficient and even battery operated cars and we could be using harmless burning and cooking oils in our plants and other manufactures that require large amounts of burning/cooking fuel. Our earth is deteriorating from all the chemicals that we spread across our FRESH fruits and vegetables to persevere IT'S life span,we never give the earth time to produce fresh minerals that it needs to produce for it's self healthier foods ,which was working just fine to begin with by the way. We kill thousands upon thousands of trees each year and in doing so we are robbing our selves of oxygen....along with the ozone-layer effect, and by the way that may cause a Human extinction for all mankind alike. So yes it's HELL!!

Dear Friend,

The concept of a firey Hell is a misteaching of Man, Sheol or Gehenna or many other names by which Gods word the bible refers to it is being seperated from God and deceived by Satan the Devil.

Consider the scriptures for the answer:

Hell, The Bible terms it as the second death in the book of Revalation, from which there is no resurrection, i.e anyone going here would simply cease to exist. The Bible often refers to this as Sheol which means covered. It also refers to it as Gehenna, this was a valley outside Jerusalem where refuse and waste was dumped and burned, and very often the bodys of the diseased dead were dumped here. Suplher was put on the flames to keep it burning. This is where in the main the false teaching of Hell in the 'firey' sense came from.

Let us now consider what the scripture say regarding the location of Satan:

Revelation 12:9The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

Job1:Job's First Test
6 One day the angels [a] came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan [b] also came with them. 7 The LORD said to Satan, "Where have you come from?"
Satan answered the LORD, "From roaming through the EARTH and going back and forth in it."

Luke 4:5The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. 6And he said to him, "I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. 7So if you worship me, it will all be yours."

This clearly stated that satan was hurled to earth, was going to and fro on the earth and had been given authority on the earth, and also it states that he is misleading the whole planet, (false religion) Think of all the evil that men do, doesn't this make sense!

So in a nut shell, hell as it is thought of is not a teaching of the bible but of Man, as is the Trinity, I urge you to investigate these things for yourself.

My feet are cold and I'm popping out in a few minutes to go buy some beers and get pissed with my colleagues as management are on leave.

Sounds pretty heavenly to me!

I think that there is way too much beauty and truly amazing stuff out there for us to think like this. The only place hell can be is in your head.

No...there are positives and negatives in life. It's your decision about which one outweighs the other.
I don't believe in heaven or hell, I just concentrate on how I can be happy.

Stop being such a victim and make an effort to make your life better.

Well, you should take a look at it from a bright side ! Namely, if we are, we don't have to worry about global warming - this comes natural with the hell !

It depends. If we are happy and see people around us happy then we feel that we are living in heaven. If we are sad, angry or frustrated and see other people around us with the same feeling then we feel that we are living in hell.
