My cat was spayed in December but in the last couple of weeks she's exploded like a pregnant cat and that can't be possible. She's very affectionate, eats like she's starving and her stomach has exploded to 3 times it's normal size. I don't know what else could cause those symptoms but she's an indoor cat and hasn't ever been outside. Any thoughts?

She might have worms. Your vet can worm her for you if it is just that. Or you could try deworming first. You can get a spot-on dual wormer (against tapeworms and roundworms) these days called Profender. You can purchase this from your vet, and the vet nurse willl instruct how to use it or can probably get it online.
But since your cat is an indoor cat then getting worms might not be an issue so I would certainly take her to the vet asap because there might be a more sinister reason for the swelling - possibly in connection with the operation. God luck. Hope you and your cat are OK.

good question i could use some advice on this as well. my cat when i found him was really thin. outdoor cat from fl. travled him all the way back to pa. he is now 50lbs. he looks like a black panter. i just got this new food called goodlife, he seems content with it. he likes it and does not eat as much of it. try that or take your cat to a vet and see what kind of diet the vet suggest to put your cat on. once they are spade and nutterd they do tend to gain weight because they are not as active as an indoor cat as they would be as an out door cat.
good luck

ps. maybe i should take my own advice lol
