If you didn't break it yourself, and the box wasn't damaged, you might be able to claim you bought it that way and get an exchange. This will depend on your dealer. My sense is, you're not being totally forthcoming with us. If you did break it... you bought it... no one will cover drop damage with any warranty. Don't get your hopes up.

KINDA BROKEN? How did you "Kinda" break it. Did you "kinda" try to "kinda" get it into the house, instead of waiting for somebody to meet you and "kinda" help lift it out of the car???

WELL......That's Kinda your fault for not getting Professional Delivery......

And your INSURANCE or the WARRANTIES WILL NOT COVER THE DAMAGE YOU DID.......

kinda........

Everything else should be covered by the Manufacturer's warranty if it was working, then it failed.....
