As we know, the Dodge charger's hand brake is operated by the left foot. So can a handbrake turn happen with it?

Yeah baby! But why not use the gas. Using the parking brake can be awkward with your foot; you have to be holding the release handle or you won't be in control

Can you say HEMI, and TCS off!

Don’t know why you would want to. You need the traction to keep the car going in the direction you’re heading. If you come across a turn that sharp you probably shouldn't be going that fast. Once you start to make the turn just give her a little gas and the tail will follow through. It's worked for years while I have raced my 66 Charger and 66 Coronet. You just need to learn when to use the momentum and when to get your foot out of it. If you have access to a large parking lot, Take some time and learn how to spin her around. Power is fun. Controlling the power is Awesome.
