A "boy" shouldnt be thinking of life partners - far too young - life is quite short and if you dont live it up while you are young you will regret it when you are older. It is being single that makes you learn about the other sex, by having relationships that dont work out which makes you aware of your strengths and weaknesses. You really learn from people and being single you tend to mingle with more people so it is far better not to get tied down at a young age. I strongly believe anytime after 27 is a good time to start being serious about life partners. Hope this helps, good luck.
