I have been with my boyfriend for 10 years almost....I really want to get married. Just wondering how long others have waited...
I don't live with him, but he is always at my apartment, we never go to his, is that weird?

I think he is ashamed that he collects his toenail clippings...I think its gross. But I don't think he knows I know...yuck.

He collects his toenail clippings? Are you sure that's not the tip of the iceberg? Yikes. How many other things is his hiding at his place?
I'd want to
a) find out what is in his closet and
b) if I find out he's not a wierd serial Killer, I would demand a wedding.
Sometimes you just need to put your foot down.. just not too close or he might inspect your toenails.. sorry, I couldn't help but add that joke.

I met my husband online, married him after knowing him only 1 month and have been married over 2 years. It is rough when you don't know what you are getting into, but if you know what you have got and you are ok with the way the situation is now then thats great. If you want to get married or go to your b-friends apartment then do it:)

My husband and I dated all of three months before we got married and we are going to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary soon. But it does seem weird that you never got around to his place though. Sometimes you meet someone and you just know that person is right for you and for keeps. My hubby told me that within the first half an hour after we met, he knew he was going to marry me - I suppose it's just a case of different strokes for different folks.

Yes, it's very weird. My guy and I dated for 3 years and lived together for two years before we got married. If he never wants to take you to his palce, he either (A) does not have one or (B) there is a chick already living there and you are the other woman. EIther way it goes it sounds like you are his mistress and he has another totally separate life going on behind your back. Wish you luck!!!

ya thats a little weird. i was dating 11/2 before i got married. 10 years is a loung time to wait, even live togather.
