Oh sweetheart the first thing you have to do is to stop beating yourself up, I know its very hard and a vicious circle but you have to start believing in yourself a lot more, stick with the counselling, I think because your only six weeks into it your at the stage were your getting rid of the things that make you have emotional eating worries but honestly it will get so much better for you the more you go, don't give up on it, to tell you the truth I think you need to step away from the diets at the moment and finish your counselling course first because I honestly thing when you have done you will feel so much more confident and be able to tackle things much easier too, the best of luck to you and I really hope you feel much better soon.

Go on a acid-alkaline diet. It clears your fats as well as your thinking.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

i have also been feeling really down about my weight recently, so i decided to join weight watchers. i joined a month ago and so far have lost half a stone. although the weight is dropping off slowly i know it will all stay off as i am reprogramming my brain to accept healthy food as being scrumtious and more fattening foods as just rare treats. find out where your nearest meeting is and take a step in the right direction to get the help and support you need, after a while you will start to see just how beautiful you are no matter what you weigh. good luck and just remember to keep your chin up. we are all behind you Xx

Probably the problem is in the question, when you say you used to be able to loose weight, try to stick to a regular healthy eating plan all the time.

You poor thing!

But don't loose hope. Maybe start with a bit of exercises, even if its just walking to the local shops. Also weight watchers are very good and they offer loads of advise and support.

Don't give up. Your strong, you can do it xx

You must read Dr. Phil Mcgraw's book entitled " The Ultimate Weight Solution".

I believe it might just work for you! What have you got to lose? Your weight ,of course!

Hey, have you not heard of Overeaters Anonymous? Go look up your phone Book, and join a group in your locality rightaway.
Start saying POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS right now.
Whether you believe in them or not, stand before a mirror, and say" I LIKE myself!
Day by day, in every way,
I am getting better, and better, AND better!!!"
You WILL improve, and within a month you will contact me to say "Thanks! It worked!"
But ACTION IS THE MAGIC WORD!
