well if you are from mumbai then you can go to the body shop at inorbit mall in malad. .they have products with cocoa butter

Almost every drug store carries cocoa butter or health store. I don't know if you have those in India since I'm in the US.
I wouldn't have the foggiest idea how to make cocoa butter. It's a yellowish, thick 'cream' somewhat more like Vaseline than a cream. Although there are many products on the market containing cocoa butter, many contain too much water and other ingredients to make them very effective for skin therapy.
