ok i am currently 59kg i want to lose 1.5kg a week for 5 weeks that will put my total weight to 51.5 can i lose this much weight if i have no exercise and a meal plan consisting of:
- 2 weetbix 120 calories
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber
- 1 salad (tomatoes and onion) not too big
- and watermelon
so will it work???? oh yer and not entirely no exercise i'll b doing 2 hours a week

you need more exercise than two hours a week. you should be doing at minimum 30 minutes a day.

2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid oily junk food.
5. Increase ur activities.
6. Never undrgo dieting.

JOGGING

Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.

Yes you can lose that much weight with no exercise and that meal plan but I don't recommend it because it looks like it's way too few calories. You don't want to starve yourself because that will actually slow down your metabolism, which will make it even harder to lose weight. Is that your meal plan for one meal and you plan to eat it 3 times a day or is that just what you plan to eat throughout the day only once?

I suggest you eat other foods too. Don't limit yourself to just those foods. It's important to have variety in order to get all the important nutrients in your body that other foods may have that you're not getting. Also, by looking at your meal plan, where is your source of protein and fat? You need to eat carbohydrates, fat (unsaturated), and protein (such as lean meats or legumes). Well, it will probably work but only temporarily. Think of Oprah with the Optifast diet or Beyonce doing Master Cleanse both gained it back. These types of starvation diets are a temporary fix, but when you reintroduce food you gain very quickly.
