Is 70 BPM a normal or acceptable heart rate, for an 18yo male?

70 is the average heart rate at rest for your age.
When you do exercise regularly, you train your heart to become stronger, so that it's more powerful that It does not have to do its work more frequently and heart rate is just the frequency your heart works at, you will then lower your heart rate at rest.

I would expect an 18yr old male to be in the 60's. But 70 is with in the normal range.
