Evander, by TKO, Holyfield would just wear him down.

Holyfield would control this fight. Spinks claim to fame is his Olympic medal which was great and a victory over an aging Ali which was not so great but a good story to tell your grandchildren. Leon Spinks doesn't compare to Evander Holyfield in ability. Leon would probably last the fight but would lose the decision.

Holyfield in 8. Leon may give him a tough go for a few rounds, but Holyfield's all around skills will take over after a bit and he would just wear Spinks down and knock him out by the 8th round.

I think Holyfield would have beat him. Holyfield was a warrior and always showed up to fight. Spinks didnt train hard all the time and liked to party. That would have been the difference. Holyfield KOs spinks in the later rounds.

Cool Breeze, I believe that Holyfield would dominate Spinks in this fight. Leon would fight hard and land some punches while it lasted but Holyfield would connect and connect often to the chin of Spinks and knock him out in 7 rounds.

Great fight while it lasted, Spinks would have came straight at Holyfield. If wouldn't have gone more than a couple rounds and Holyfield was too good a counter puncher not to eventually get to Leon.

Holyfield by KO in 6

Holyfield. Period. Leon Spinks is not in his class. Michael Spinks would be a better match-up, but I'll still go for Evander.

Both had heart. Holyfield was a much better technical boxer. Spinks tended to get wild and sloppy. I think Holyfied was harder to K.O. although both took alot of punches.

Advantage Holyfield.

I'll step out on a limb and say that Michael Spinks probably would have found a way to out-point Holyfield.

Evander Holyfield would win this. He was a slugger without a punch but had too much stamina and firepower for Leon.

Leon had limited skills and won a decision against an aging Ali who came into the fight out of shape. Evander would have made short work of Leon the Peon. I doubt the fight would have made it to the middle rounds.

first off leon spinks didn't have a prime, he beat an old ali and lost every other fight after that, he was destroyed by the quawi who evander beat easily. i'll tell you what this would be the exact same fight as evander had with douglas so you tell me who would win.
