When I find some one to ask out I just get nervouse and can't think of anything to say.I mean what do you say to a complete stranger? Can I please get some help.

When it boils down to it, it's really only the fear of rejection!
Think of it this way, if you had a 100% guarenteed success rate, you would ask any girl you wanted without feeling shy because you would know that they are going to say yes regardless...
So focus on the emotions associated with rejection!
