religion and spirituality can be related but religion is based on your personal beliefs with whatever supernatural (god, gods, goddess..etc) but spirituality is about your "spirit". what brings your inner-self peace of mind and joy. religion makes people who are religious feel that their lord is giving their spirit peace. but as for me...nature gives me my inner-peace. so spirituality differs with everyone...but all has to do with inner peace and happiness.

The word spirituality has changed in its meaning in the last hundred years or so. It used to refer to "matters of the spirit," which was usually inseparable from religion. No one used to think of spirituality outside the context of religion.
Now its meaning seems more indistinct, something like, "beliefs about the nature of reality, life after death, God, etc."
Religion, on the other hand, is organized worship and a system of belief about God, the creation of the world, man's place in the world, those kinds of things.

Religion is any group saying they believe anything and making up a bunch of rules and regulation to limit you and hold you down and keep you from the truth! And spirituality is the truth, it is that God sent his spirit and a spiritual person has received it from God in Jesus name and is now free from human regulation! Here read this and get this spirit he is talking about and you will see through all the quack.

Religion is basically a broadway of our living or say our lifestyle. The spirituality is concerned with our soul. Through religion we can upgrade our souls. When while following our religion we get concerned about our soul and its upgradation then that is spiritual part of the religion.
