...would you prefer it to be an amusement park with free rides and no lines, or a giant library with every book ever written, and nice, comfy chairs? Or something else?

To Connie

How can you a self-proclaimed christian say that anyone NOT a christian should stop dreaming about a possible afterlife. I do believe the bible says "Judge not lest ye be judged". Isn't the day of my judgment the day of my death, and only by one being. The bible you cling so closely to, and no doubt quote scripture from to those who don't "fit" into you ideas is a spiritual GUIDEbook. Every religious denomination has one, and each one believes that they are the ONLY ones to enter what is perceived as THEIR glory, but let me make one thing very clear...GOD didn't not create the separation in the religions MANKIND did. Every religion basis there beliefs on HEARSAY because that is all their spiritual books are HEARSAY, somebodies interpretation of what happened. To all of the religions reading this I have one question for you..."What if, when you come to the end of your days, everything you so blindly followed turns out to be wrong...what then." My answer to this same question when asked by my mother who is a "devout" christian woman and is obsessed because she I do not claim to be christian was this "At least then I will have been wrong on my own terms." Something to believe in is a good idea, it gives us a better conscience about the way we should be, but to make it a belief system and close your mind to other possibilities is just as wrong as what you claim the "heathen" religions (or lack there of) to be.

To answer the question, in my afterlife, I will be what ever is necessary for me to be so that I learn the lessons I did not learn in this life.

There IS an afterlife, I hope it has amusement parks and libraries too! I would love to be with all my family again so wherever they are will make a good heaven no matter what.

My little brother used to say that the afterlife was a huge waterpark. Now that's stuck in my head and everytime I see that word, I think of water slides. It was cute.

Depends on where a person ends up. For us christians, we can dream how great it will be. But for the nonchristian, better not dream, cuz you'll be so miserable, that you probably won't be able to sleep, therefore no dreams.
