While there is no exact direction for career when using your kua number in Feng Shui, many will use their Sheng Chi (aka success direction) for it. Keep in mind that your kua number will differ, depending on your date of birth. In asia, those who are eagerly seeking a new job will use will use: jade eggs to usher in new/auspicious beginnings or ji gong for that extra added luck.

there is no such thing as a career gua! fengshui does not work that way - do something and your career will take off. fengshui is more like, if you like to have more money - you got to activate some configurations depending on what formula you are using. for example, in flying stars, you activate the current water star. to find the current water star of your house, you need to "fly the stars" to calculate. to activate the water star, you just either need to use the area - have movements or have a flowing water like a mini water fall or an aerated aquarium. but you still need to know where is it in your house.
