You see, I have this burning, itching feeling when I urinate.
Its been going on quite some time, and I am not sure what to do about it.

you have obviously sinned and are being punished. my leg fell off once when i saw an exposed breast on the tv. this was god punishing me. the boys at the local church cleared it up for me right away.

Unless your Pastor did it to you, you need to talk to your Doctor! Why would you discuss this with your Pastor? It sounds like you have Cystitis. It is caused by not cleansing yourself properly after using the toilet. It is caused by wiping the wrong way. It is caused when fecal matter gets into your other private area, and that bacteria gets up in there and rots. So, unless you're a sick puppy, you shouldn't be discussing it with your Pastor. See a Doctor instead.

This is probably a Sexually Transmitted Disease caused by frequent fornication and you should talk to your pastor so that he can counsel you on how to better respect the sacred act of sex and how to be forgiven for what you gone and done did girl. And you might want to see a doctor too.
PS. You look pretty pissed off about something in that picture hopefully once this burning goes away you will feel better.
