I have a question I have decided to ask on here, this has really been bothering me. It has just started happening recently, but here lately I have contemplated whether this is OCD or if once again another disorder has burdened me. I get really paranoid, I mean to the point I am obsessing about this hours throughout the day. I think someone is watching me at everything I do, I feel like people can watch me do everything through some kind of satellite and even watch me in the house and everything, I am scared to do certain things and this is becoming really irritating, there's no reason for me to be scared to do things but I don't want people watching me do anything, I even get embarrassed, this is really bothering me. Also sometimes I feel like I am not where I am, I have thoughts that I think I am home, but I am really somewhere else, like at someone elses house and doing stupid things, it is also bothering me causing the same consequences as what I just explained. Thanks to responders

I am sorry but this doesn't sound like OCD. I know these symptoms very well from personal experience. I realize you SHOULD use discretion when considering peoples answers to a very serious question. These symptoms can get worse very quickly and you may not realize it is. It sounds like you are doing your best to hang onto reality. This can be good. Psychosis/schizophrenia....look up these two things via Internet... I am positive you will be able to find your symptoms there. This disorder can be treated with medication...The hardest part of this disorder is getting over the social implications and memories of an episode.... You definitely should see your doctor before this gets worse...Its not to fun being locked up and its not easy going thru something like this. The good news is that there is help for you. Well, until you get better have fun..... Well, it is kinda fun in a certain deranged way....Try you best to find all of this comical. Laugh Laugh and Laugh again....Take care

Well, first off, I would suggest you not rely on what random people say on the internet. If it really concerns you, I would seek professional help if it really is bothering you in anyway to prevent you from doing things in your everyday life.

That is not OCD. You should consult with a psychiatrist.
