rub vitamin E on it. use a needle to puncture the gel pills and squeeze the oil out. it won't disappear over night but it works.

I'm not sure if this will work for you, but I always use Nadinola Cocoa Butter Cream for any type of scar or mark. It's usually .99 cent for a 4 oz. jar at most drugstores. You have to put it on 3 xs a day until the scar disappears. If the scar is bad or raised, I'll just let the cream sit on top for about 5-10 mins. If the scar has a scab, you want to apply it the same way and eventually the scab will get soft and fall off. Then you just keep applying until the pink or white mark disappears. Depending on the severity of the mark, it can take up to a month. I have found that this cream works on all types of scars as long as you start using it as early as possible. It even helps prevent stretch marks on pregnant women, but you have to put it all over your body 2-3 times a day everyday of your pregnancy. It's a miracle in a jar and it's only .99 cents. Although in some places I have seen it for $2.99, but that's still a good deal. Hope this helps.

Also, when I was little, my mom always put real aloe vera gel from the plant directly onto my burns. It sooths and heals.

It will heal over time. As long as the affected area stays out of the sunlight by this time next year you probably won't even be able to notice it. However if the "pink" skin is subjected to sunlight you can permanently damage the pigment and it will not be the same color as the rest of your body. Cover the area before you go outside to keep from having it discolored permanently.

It is according to the degree of your burn. If it is second to third degree than you will more than likely have a scar. There are treatments for burn scars although they are very pricey. If it is small than it will slowly shrink and maybe fade out. Burned skin however does not rejuvenate itself. I have several burn scars due to my line of work and many that are hardly noticeable.
