I want to find the best quality digital camera for my money. I did do a Good Housekeeping search but it was not helpful. I want something along the lines of Good Housekeeping where someone has tested the product. Is there a photo /camera organization/association even out there? I want to get the best digital camera for my money and what I can afford.

Read the digital camera buying guide on ebay then check out the reviews. There is a lot of good info there with people's opinions on the best cameras.
