for starters you disconnected the wrong battery cable always disconnet the positive one cause thats the one that sends the power/charge. most cars/trucks can run without a neg cable but will not start without it thats how most professional mechanics test batteries disconnect the neg cable if its still running you got a good battery and cables if it dies you need to replace it ......i say charge the battery for an hour you broke the circle the battery makes when both cables are connected so all it was doing was sending out its good charge and not recieving to replinish the battery

Since you unplugged TWO connections, are you sure you put them back in the right places? If your truck turns over when you try to start it, then your battery presumably has plenty of "juice," and clearly your battery cables are making good contact. Be sure that the connectors you removed are in the right spots, that the contacts are clean, and that you didn't break or loosen any wires when you pulled them out.

If those ideas don't help, then I think it's best to start making arragements for some other way to go wherever you need to be going in the morning, and to get your truck repaired.

A warm battery cable to starter exhibits severe resistance or a undesirable cable. you will possibly be able to desire to interchange it. and you will possibly desire to eliminate the starter. And in doing which you will possibly desire to verify the starter and probably on account that age of auto purely replace it to boot.
