I was told that sucking on lemons or putting them in the things you eat burns fat . any truth to this?

It's not true . here is Benefits of Lemon:

1. Lemon act as blood purifier and improves the body’s ability to get rid of toxins.

2. Lemon fruit is excellent in fighting disease that's related to infection.



3. Buy lemon to get rid of certain insects. It’s mother nature’s version of insecticides and will help to repel mosquitoes and flies

4. Some people love antiseptics and would apply it to their skin whenever they have the smallest cut. The good news is you can use lemon on cuts too since it's nature's antiseptics. Not only that, because of its styptics property, it is said that lemon could be applied on cuts to stop bleeding.

5. Drinking lemon juice is useful for people with heart problem - because of its high potassium content

Ya its very true that lemons actually reduce fats in your body.
There r many factors n conditions which cause obesity n slimming. Bt all factors r different.... People having alcohol get fat, people eating lot of oily junk food also get fat.
People drinking alcohol r at more risk than people eating lots of junk food, both being obese....

Same way there r many factors which reduce fats in our body bt sme means f reducing fat may b risky i.e having bad effect on sme other organ or function....

lemons reduce fats bt is nt an ideal thing 2 reduce fats

If u really want my way 2 reduce fats, follow this:

To loose weight:

1. Go 4 jogging daily in d morning.
2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid oily junk food.
5. Increase ur activities.
6. Never undrgo dieting.

JOGGING

Daily jogging is d best thing 2 loose ur weight.
Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.

Jogging has following advantages:
1. It helps 2 loose weight quickly.
2. It helps 2 maintain proper shape (figure) of d body.
3. It helps 2 increase height.
4. It keeps ur skin free of acne.
5. It also adds 2 beauty 2 d skin, u will start looking beautiful.
6. It helps in proper body functioning.
7. Makes immune system stronger so that body doesn't contract diseases easily.
N many more..............

The only route 2 permanent weight loss is a combination of exercise and diet.

Very low calorie diets or fad diets tent 2 lead 2 d yo-yo phenomenon, in which people lose weight, then quickly regain all they've lost and more. The additional weight is often even harder 2 shed.

U can go for running, instead of jogging if u r young enough 2 do so.....

yes its true. i used to be a size 36 and went on a luke warm water with lemon and honey diet and it worked wonders. i am now a 32. this took me approximately 5months, along side a great apple diet. all i ate for those months were nothing but granny smith green apples and downed it with slices of lemon put into luke warm water and added half a teaspoon of honey. it works wonders. try it and tell me how it went

My father in law drinks alot of lemon juice and he is thin, he eats anything he wants. But warning it does cause heart burn...
