LOL okay here is a good one. It is called Sopapilla Cheese Cake and super easy to make:
2 cans of crescent rolls
1 1/2 cups suar
1 teaspoon vanilla]
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 (8oz/) packages cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter

Preheat over to 350F. Press 1 can of crescent rolls into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla until creamy. spread over rolls in pan. Cover with other can of rolls. Melt butter and stir in rest of sugar and cinammon. Pour over top. Bake for 30 minutes. Can be served warm or room temperature. Hope this helps.

Raspberry Tarts.

Finger size
Preformed Fila Dough shells
Raspberry Jam
Yellow Cake mix

Prepare cake mix as box reads
Put dab of Jam in Fila Dough Shell
Than add dab of Cake mix on top
Bake for like 5 mins until tiny dab of cake is baked

Top this Cool Whip or nothing

Pie Size
Pre made Pie Crust
Spread Jam in bottom of Pie crust about 1/4 inch thick
Next gently pour in cake mix until almost full

Bake for about 25 to 30 mins or untill cake portion is done.

Top with Cool whip or Cream cheese Icing.

Take some cool whip and put it in the mixer with some chocolate chips and beat until smooth. Then put it in the freezer.

i call it ice cream cookie sandwich.... any large cookies will do (any variety), your fave ice cream. here's how: scoop ice cream on top of a cookie. make sure it's hard to mold it according to the shape of your cookie. top with another cookie and wrap it in foil and freeze.
